Female Fight Manager is a management game. You take charge of a women's fighting club and you run every part of it.
You find and train new talent, bringing young fighters up through your academy. You buy and sell in the transfer market, negotiate contracts and wages, and try to keep your best fighters before a richer club takes them. You choose who fights each week, and in which style. You upgrade your gym, hire coaches, sign sponsors, and keep the club out of debt.
Then you take that squad into a 32-club league, plus two cup competitions, and try to win something. Every other club is doing exactly the same thing, with its own money, its own plan and its own idea of who it wants from your roster.
The hard part is the women. Every fighter has her own personality, her own ambitions and her own opinion of you. They make friends, form rivalries and hold grudges — with each other as much as with you. Look after them and they fight for you. Get it wrong and they will tell you why, and ask to leave.
128 fighters to start with. Each one has a career record that follows her from club to club, season by season, for as long as she keeps fighting.
A season is 35 weeks. You are never doing more than this — the game is the tension between them.
